JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Recrui t and train new agents, collaborate with DSA and development for sell i ng credit cards, loans, insurance, taxation, investment etc.
Moni tor dai ly operations i n the agency and ensure employees complete thei r duties successfully
Establish and maintajn client relationships through regular communication
Evaluate agents and DSA perfonnance regularly to determine if they are meeting goals
Manage administrative and financial duties, such as overseeing budgets, maintaining reports, and planning events
Handle the agency 's financial resources by tracki ng expenditures, generating reports on revenue, managing cash flow, etc
Create and implement strategic plans for the agency based on current industry trends and client requirements
Set agency goals, encourage progress, and implement operations improvements
